Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, made a spectacular solo appearance
at the UK Creative Industries reception hosted by the British
Government. The absence of Prince William didn't seem to bother her any
as she smiled serenely in an elegant pale grey dress by designer
Roksanda Ilincic.
